Bejo is a leading family-owned company specializing in the breeding, production, and sales of vegetable seeds. Operating in over 30 countries, 2,200 dedicated employees work every day to develop the best vegetable varieties for customers worldwide.

Challenging strategy for the Future
Bejo has crafted an ambitious strategy to meet the increasing demand for sustainably produced high quality, healthy, and tasty food. Aligned with this strategy, Bejo will expand its Board of Directors by one member. Together with the upcoming retirement of two current board members in 2025, the company will soon need a total of three people-oriented Directors with passion for the business.

Research & Breeding Director position available 
The Research & Breeding Director is at the forefront of driving innovative Research & Breeding initiatives, ensuring a dynamic cycle of breakthroughs and the development of cutting-edge genetics to meet our ambitious breeding targets. This role is key in fostering a culture of innovation, guaranteeing that the company remains at the forefront by accessing the latest research technologies and genetic traits. By doing so, the Research & Breeding Director plays a pivotal role in creating new varieties that perfectly align with market demands.
