Jörn Krägeloh joins Azotic Technologies as VP EMEA

Azotic Technologies is a venture capital-backed agricultural biotech scale-up that is fundamentally changing the way crops utilize nitrogen. Built on more than twenty years of groundbreaking research, Azotic has developed a patented biological solution that enables plants to fix nitrogen directly from the air. This results in consistent yield improvements and reduced dependence on synthetic fertilizers. With commercial traction in regions including the United States, Canada, Europe, and Japan, Azotic is in a strong growth phase with international scaling ambitions.

Jörn brings a strong international commercial background. During his time at Bayer, he worked and lived in Africa, Europe, Asia, and the United States. He has broad experience in seeds, crop protection, and biologicals. In addition, he has extensive experience in developing go-to-market strategies and establishing effective distribution models to accelerate growth. He has recently been leading a team of 70 professionals and is accustomed to successfully managing multidisciplinary teams.

With his strategic vision, international experience, and proven leadership, Jörn will make an important contribution to the further development of Azotic’s commercial organization in the EMEA region. His ability to build strong, diverse teams and implement scalable growth strategies aligns seamlessly with the organization’s ambitious growth objectives.
