After completing her PhD in Classical Languages at Oxford, Nina worked as a university researcher. She then transitioned from the academic world to executive search. As a research consultant, she now uses her research experience and endless curiosity to find the best-suited executive candidates for companies.

Persisting to find the perfect candidate
Nina in three words? Curious, decisive, and driven. “It energizes me to delve into companies, roles, and assignments,” Thanks to her academic background, she quickly gets to the core of things. What does a role entail? How does this organization operate? Why does a person fit or not fit with the team?
Persisting until the perfect candidate is found is second nature to Nina. “In my PhD and as a mother of a busy household with three young sons, I learned to go to the extreme. ‘Just do it!’ I believe in that approach in my work too. Nothing is as satisfying as a perfect placement!”
