    Jules began his career as a consultant and worked for a diverse set of organisations in chemicals, financial services and ICT. There he learned to get to the essence quickly and to distil complex situations into what truly matters.
    During the 15 years he spent as HR Director for international organisations in financial and professional services, manufacturing and technology, he saw first‑hand how crucial the composition of leadership teams is for culture, employee engagement and organisational outcomes. That experience is now the foundation of his work in executive search.

    Jules is driven by the desire to challenge assumptions. He sees how powerful it can be when someone with different experiences strengthens a team and opens new possibilities. With humour, perspective and a strong focus on people and context, he supports executives in making decisions that shape the future.
