Kiki enjoys exploring the choices and drivers of professionals. She examines how personality, skills and background influence one another and shape careers. Her academic background in Communication, combined with a master’s degree in Culture, Organization and Management, provides a strong foundation for this work. While researching career decision-making in Amsterdam’s financial district, she developed a lasting interest in the importance of finding the right match between candidate and organisation.

Connecting context and leadership
What Kiki values most in her work is the opportunity to immerse herself in a wide range of sectors and to collaborate closely, one-on-one, with experienced partners. She quickly identifies the capabilities and qualities a role requires. Guided by her intuition, she becomes familiar with organisational culture, values and governance, enabling her to understand what type of leadership will be effective in each context.
Kiki draws energy from creating connections that help both people and organisations move forward. Her focus on relationships, combined with her analytical approach, brings depth and quality to every conversation. Outside of work, her interest in people and cultures remains strong. She enjoys travelling, loves cooking and has recently started learning Italian.
