Inte is research consultant and the coordinator of the research team. Her background in Educational Sciences taught her to approach complex questions from multiple perspectives rather than starting from a single ideal profile. This broad view lies at the heart of her contribution to executive search. She takes the time to understand the context of boards and leadership teams and identifies candidates who align with an organisation’s culture and strategic challenge.
Her experience in governance roles during her studies strengthened her sense of collaboration and clear communication. Inte moves easily between different perspectives while consistently keeping sight of the human dimension.
